Our rentals include a vast and unique selection of pieces designed for weddings, theme parties, corporate and special events. Some items can be rented direct, however a key part of the service is we offer is delivery, setup, takedown and returns, alleviating the pressures and concerns that come with planning a successful event. We are always buying and creating new rental items so if we don’t have it, we can get it or build it! See more photos in the gallery.
 What We Rent:
Arches & Pillars for Rent – We have a number of different arches and pillars including floral arches, white lattice arch and screens and a white garden arch with fence. Mirrored pillars, black pillars, lit pillars and a beautiful brushed metal arch with glass shelves. We also have freestanding pillars with tulle, lights or vines for backdrops and dance floor canopies.
Backdrop Rentals – Backdrop rentals include tulle & lights, black velvet curtains, (colors available), grapevine hearts, lattice screens and white pillars with tulle, lights, vines or plants. Arches, trees, murals, and mirrored pillars and stands. Balloon hearts, pillars, arches and bridal bubbles.
Birthday Rentals – Yes we have em….PINK FLAMINGOS, giant banners and for something a little different we have lines of Bras! Sign comes with and says i.e. 40 or Bust! We also rent cake pans, balloon trees and costumes. (clowns and magicians available).
Centerpiece Rentals – We have multiple stock and styles of: pre-made silk and fresh arrangements, vases, glass containers, glass pedestals, themed centerpieces, giant buffet and wedding pieces. We also stock river rock, gemstones, sea shells, mirrors in 3 shapes and sizes, cake plates and enclosed flame candleholders.
Costume Rentals – Our second floor costume shop offers personal fitting and consultation for individuals or large groups. See our in store ideas or make an appointment. See Costumes. (Costumes, accessories and makeup also available for sale).
Game Rentals - Carnival Games and ideas for your next fundraiser, dry grad or corporate event. Rent them for team building sports, relays and indoor Olympics. Indoor volleyball, basketball and a giant Horserace game. Big Bug Race , Dart Booth, Ring Toss etc., plus a great selection of giant interactive inflatable games.
Rental Lighting - We carry professional stage lights to wash walls and backdrops with color. Patio lanterns, mini lights, water light, lit pillars, giant lit balloons etc. We can arrange for additional special lighting as required.
Tulle & Light Rentals – We carry miles of high quality white tulle and lights to decorate any size venue or dance floor. We also carry colored stage lights to add washes of color to tulle backdrops and canopies.
Linens & Chair Cover Rentals – Chair covers come in different styles so be sure to choose the right one for your chairs. We have designed many colors and styles of Tie Backs to ‘dress’ black or white chair covers to match your colors and/or flowers. We also rent a variety of tablecloths, table skirting, overlays and napkins. More recently our table runners have been popular for both round and rectangular tables.
Miscellaneous Rentals –
- Wedding cake knife/server, unity candleholder, pens and ‘wishing wells’ (see mailbox, birdcage, suitcase or church alternative)
- Bows and Pew Markers
- 5 CD player/stereo, small or large sound systems.
- Large props like canoes, umbrella tables etc.
- 10’ Inflatable Clown in Tuxedo – great for promotional events can hold a giant balloon line for visual impact.
- Balloon trees, arches, pillars, helium and balloon drop nets.
- Confetti Cannons and exploding balloons
- Podiums, sign easels and mirrors and more.
